Minimine St, Stafford
This was a two stage development. The existing house was remodelled, then the new rear section was built. The second stage involved the removal and sale of the existing house for the construction of the front section of the new house. This project features some wonderful contemporary materials such as copper tiles and stonework. There is a bowling alley, games room, theatre and a pool as big as a lake. The extensive landscaped yard covers over much of the underground parts of the house to maximize the incredible city views on this 70 perch site.
