This commercial project has been applauded by the Brisbane City Council as a great re-use of an old warehouse. This project was inspired by a Danish developer who was ahead of his time in re-developing this site in Teneriffe. Its many features include a warehouse on the ground floor, an office and a very attractive Danish-inspired interior residence with light natural timbers and high end materials. There is even a rooftop dining area with city views.
